I hurt my lower left back and hip muscle and the pain was terrible - Tylenol, ice and hot packs were used but it hurt to stand, sit and lay down for any length of time - I was miserable. I can’t believe I haven’t got one of these earlier. I have a bad hip and need it replaced. And I tell you what I put this thing on and it felt like I had a whole new hip. No exaggeration. I usually work one 9 1/2 shift and I’m dead can’t move. But I put this thing on and I was able to work 3 9 1/2 hour shift in a row and still take my son to the movies.
