So far the light has done a nice job alleviating my various aches and pains (particularly in both of my arthritic knees). It doesn't knock out the pain completely, but inflammation has been reduced and my ability to move has improved.

Gotta admit, when I first came across Nooro's red pen I was like, NEXT! But the thing at least looked cool - cool enough where I read a bunch of reviews and said, why not? I've used my red light every day since I received it and love it. When I get heel pain, just one treatment gets rid of it. I've noticed improvement in neck skin too! I've treated just the back of my left hand and can definitely see a difference. I'm planning to get a larger unit that I can use for larger areas, but I will always plan to have his smaller unit that I can use when I travel and for smaller areas.
