After trying several sleeves that did not fit, I decided to try this hip/quad wrap. I strained my left quad muscle playing tennis so I decided to try this wrap. It works great! I can wear it on both legs. Very comfortable, stays in place, easy to put on and take off and I even forget I have it on when play tennis or pickleball. I personally think it is worth the extra cost compared of the other cheaper sleeves.

I have a ruptured bursa on my left hip which is very painful and causes swelling which is uncomfortable. I purchased this brace and wear it everyday and numerous times while sleeping at night. I'll be honest - I was extremely skeptical of this product, despite the positive reviews. I have recurring sciatic nerve pain, and when it's bad, there is no position that is comfortable - sitting, standing, walking, laying down. When the brace arrived, I put it on as directed and resumed my normal activity, only to find - I wasn't experiencing continuous, searing pain. There continues to be some discomfort in my hip socket, but it's so minor in comparison to the usual pain that it's a nonissue. I can sit, I can walk, and most importantly - I can sleep through the night. I don't write reviews often, but I was completely blown away by the efficacy of this product.

This brace is amazing! I’ve had hip muscle pain for about a year now and have tried EVERYTHING to get some relief but nothing has worked as well as this brace. I tried stretching, yoga, strengthening, massage, acupuncture, doctors, MRI, new mattress, physical therapy, rest, etc but none of that helped as much as the brace. I actually bought it as a last resort with low expectations but boy was I pleasantly surprised! When I wear it the pain is GONE! I have suffered from Sciatica for years and this is the first sustained relief I have experienced. I can now sit for longer periods and distance driving is now tolerable. Massages have helped but only for a day or two. Icy Hot works for about two hours. Left heel lifts help for a pronated foot but the spinal correction takes weeks. This device worked the first day I wore it. I can't say it completely relieves the pain after longer periods of sitting but I now have greater comfort. I've been having hip, si joint, sciatica and lower back pain on and off for years. One day I'll be ok then suddenly it tweeks. This brace is like it's holding my hip or back in place, like a tight hug. It's definitely self warming so it's like a mini heating pad. After a couple of minutes you get used to the tightness and it's actually really comfortable. It fits my waist but I am a big thigh-y so I'm happy that the straps actually fit and the velcro is fairly strong.

Holy moly this thing is gold. I had been having terrible hip pain for a week Don't know if it was sciatica or what but I used this and voila. Immediate relief. I have never had anything work so effectively and quickly. I couldn't believe it. It's simple to put on and comfortable to wear. It was a little warm during our 98 degree weather, but not so much so that I was willing to take it off as it did the trick and it did it immediately. I'm not sure how and why this thing works, but it really does and I was out of pain the entire time I wore it. After about 5 days of wearing it, the pain was gone completely. Really just a miracle.
