I was not sure about the long lasting effects but decided to try it because I have suffered from knee pain for a while now. I take OTC med for the pain but if you forget to take one dose the pain will remind you it is still there. The instructions were easy to follow and Nooro Knee Massager even has a video that shows how to use it and how to place it onto your knee. The first day I tried it I let it go through its cycle and, honestly, it felt very good. After it finished the pain was gone. After a while you forget you had any pain.
